Charges from our products appear on your bank or credit card statement as WULONG LLC or STRIPE* WULONG.
We operate the following subscription services:
If you or someone with access to your payment method signed up for one of these services, that explains the charge.
If you believe the charge is unauthorized, email us at contact@wulongllc.com — we'll investigate and resolve it within 24 hours.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you are receiving charges from Wulong Apps LLC, you most likely subscribed directly through one of our product websites and have a web subscription.
Here are the main characteristics of a Wulong Apps LLC web subscription:
- You paid with a credit/debit card
- You subscribed through our product website (tinnitusrelief.io or remotejobsboard.io)
- The descriptor on your bank statement says "Wulong Apps LLC", "Stripe* Wulong", or a variation
- You received a receipt or welcome email from us (not from Apple or Google)
How to Cancel
Option 1: Via product website
- Log in to your account on the product website (tinnitusrelief.io or remotejobsboard.io)
- Go to Account Settings
- Find Subscription Details and tap "Cancel Subscription"
Option 2: Via email
Send an email to contact@wulongllc.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include:
- Your full name
- Last 4 digits of your card
- Card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Date of any transaction
We will process your cancellation within 24 hours.
Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, but you won't be charged again.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes. All Wulong Apps LLC subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Key Points:
- Automatic Renewal: Your plan (weekly, monthly, or 3-month, depending on what you selected) renews at the end of each billing cycle.
- Trial Periods: If your subscription begins with a discounted introductory offer, it will automatically convert to the full subscription rate you selected unless cancelled before the introductory period ends.
- Billing: At each renewal, your selected payment method will be charged automatically to ensure uninterrupted access.
- Cancellation: To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel before the renewal date. Closing the browser or deleting bookmarks does not cancel your subscription.

I didn't authorize a subscription or recurring charge
When you subscribed, you were clearly presented with:
- Any applicable introductory price (if offered)
- The subscription rate that applies after the introductory period (weekly, monthly, or 3-month, depending on your choice)
- The fact that the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
By confirming your purchase, you provided explicit authorization for Wulong Apps LLC (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

I was unaware of the charges
Our products are premium subscription-based services. To create an account and access premium features, it is necessary to select a subscription plan and provide a valid payment method.

- Subscription Choice Required: You cannot complete sign-up without selecting a subscription plan and explicitly confirming your purchase.
- Transparent Pricing: The subscription price, billing period, and any applicable introductory offer are displayed on-screen before you complete your purchase.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.
